Welcome to Connectrix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of connectrix.online (the "Site"), including any purchase of products or booking of services through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Connectrix sells cables and signal equipment (HDMI, RG6 coax, Cat6, amplifiers, splitters, boosters) and offers on-site services including cabling/network setup, signal optimization and troubleshooting, and in-home installation, performed by certified technicians.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or book a service. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Orders

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
  • Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Free US shipping applies to orders as described on the Site; delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. On-Site Services

  • Services (cabling/network setup, signal optimization & troubleshooting, in-home installation) are booked online and performed by Connectrix-certified technicians at the address you provide.
  • You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the installation area and to disclose any known hazards or special conditions in advance.
  • Service pricing is per visit as listed on the Site at the time of booking; additional charges may apply for scope beyond what was originally booked, and will be communicated before work proceeds.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment

  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Shopify) at the time of purchase or booking.
  • You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and our 2-year gear warranty are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10. Product & Service Disclaimers

  • Products are sold for their intended consumer use; Connectrix is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation by parties other than our certified technicians, or use with incompatible equipment.
  • While our technicians aim to optimize signal quality, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes that depend on factors outside our control (e.g., external broadcast signal strength, ISP network conditions, building materials).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connectrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Connectrix harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products or services.
