Returns & Refunds
We want you fully satisfied with your gear. If something isn't right, you may return most products within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
- To start a return, email desk@connectrix.online with your order number.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Return shipping on non-defective items is the customer's responsibility; defective or incorrect items ship back free.
- Completed on-site services are non-refundable once performed, but we'll return to correct any issue covered by our workmanship guarantee.
